Mr. Eugene

Mr Eugene is a licensed Grade School teacher from the Philippines, he taught art and science for 10 years. He is also very passionate about cooking and pursued that dream studying Culinary Arts at the Asian Institute of Culinary Arts becoming a Chef de Partie onboard Italian Cruises. While onboard he learned different cuisines for 7 years. He came to Canada in 2014 and worked as a chef in various Fine Dining Restaurants.

Mr. Eugene loves being back in a teaching profession. He studied Education Assistant and has worked in child care for 4 years making sure that the children are always his top priority. He is fulfilling his dream of helping young children fulfill their potential. Mr. Eugene is a very open and positive individual applying those traits to every opportunity. He is adventurous and likes to go for a long drives during weekend with his family. Aside from cooking, he also loves outdoor activities like biking, hiking and fishing.
