Chef Taylor
Chef Taylor has worked with us since we opened in September 2021. He has over 13 years of experience as a chef, ranging in all kinds of cuisines from all over the globe. He has studied culinary at SAIT and specializes in dietary restrictions as well as creating appropriate substitutions for allergies. Taylor believes that everyone should share the same experience in a meal even if they can’t have the main ingredient and he will find a way to ensure they still eat with a smile! Ingredients are important to him as he handles them with care and keeps their natural flavours and nutrition in mind when creating a meal. Alongside his positive attitude, Taylor brings a special warmth to the table with any culinary experience.
